Combined expertise around the steel tube production
From rollforming to testing and sawing to a smooth transport everything from one source. That’s why the companies Dreistern, Trumpf, Sema Systemtechnik, FOERSTER, RSA, WAFIOS, Fehr, Scheffer and Kluthe brought the Tube Innovation Days into being. In the RSA showroom in Kunshan, near Shanghai, customers and interested parties can first ask for comprehensive advice on the whole process chain of the manufacture and processing of tubes on April 15th and 16th, 2015.
The steel tube industry is worldwide growing. China, the world’s largest steel tube producer meanwhile has a market share of more than 50 percent with a high export share. In particular, the export to Western countries and the related standards call for a high quality of the tubes. To meet these demands, efficient and competent partners are needed. Therefore, it was only logical for all parties involved that the 1st Tube Innovation Days will take place in China.
Nine German high-tech companies combine their expertise in this event: This specialist network guarantees the customer an optimum design of its production and processing processes. From the first to the last stage of the process, the customer benefits not only from the core competence of the individual companies, but also from their close collaboration: Individual processes and interfaces are coordinated for the entire production chain. This means for the customer to get a solution that is optimally tailored to its requirements throughout the entire process and as a result an increase in product quality.
The production and the further processing of tubes showed in recent years a rapid and demanding development. This led worldwide to increasing demands on equipment and process capability in production. The perfect coordination of the individual processing steps stands for the sustainable production. A fine-tuned process chain is therefore essential for a quality product. Our customers have the opportunity to ask for comprehensive advice on this during the Tube Innovation Days. In addition, an interesting and informative supporting program is offered: There are presentations on industry-specific topics and a guided tour of the production site of Trumpf in Shanghai.
